Independend currently is a privately owned German corporation structured as a hierarchical management holding company with subsidiaries. The current focus of the company’s stakeholders is to reinvest all profits into the long-term sustained growth of the company, namely aquiring new talent and extending Independend’s manufacturing capacity and capability.

An initial public offering (IPO) is planned when goals regarding sales, profits, and valuation set by Independend’s administration are reached.
